With nearly 40 years of combined experience,
the principals of City Center Retail, LLC have been involved with the
development, redevelopment and acquisition of over $1 billion of commercial
real estate transactions nationwide. This experience includes work
on retail, office, residential, mixed-use and industrial properties.
Prior to forming City Center Retail, LLC, Mark was senior vice president of City
Center Retail Trust, responsible for all development, acquisitions and operations
for the company’s western region. Prior to City Center Retail Trust, Mark
served for more than 14 years as senior vice president of Jaymont Properties
in San Francisco, California, where he oversaw the strategic planning and management
of all aspects of development. While at Jaymont, Mark directed the company’s
entry into the development of urban retail properties. Previously, Mark was a
senior analyst with the New York Life Insurance Company in San Francisco, where
he originated loans and joint ventures for office, retail and apartment projects
in California and the Pacific Northwest. Mark received his M.B.A. from the Walter
A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and his
B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
Prior to forming City Center Retail, LLC, Sig was senior vice president of City
Center Retail Trust, responsible for all development, acquisitions and operations
for the company’s midwest and east coast regions. Previously, Sig was vice
president of Real Estate Development with Douglas Wilson Companies (formerly
C/W Asset Management, Inc.), in San Diego, California, where he oversaw asset
management and development consulting services, including consulting work on
a 1.5 million square foot mixed-use development in Xiamen, China, and a 700,000
square foot office building in San Francisco. Prior to that, Sig served seven
years as vice president of real estate development with Oliver McMillan in San
Diego, California where he was responsible for the development, leasing and asset
management of over $100 million of urban retail/mixed-use projects. Sig received
his B.B.A. from the Curt Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota
and holds a Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designation from the ICSC.
Prior to joining City Center Retail, Eric was Director of National Equity Programs for G.E. Capital. He was responsible for forming joint ventures throughout the United States to develop commercial real estate properties. Additionally, he was responsible for the acquisition of existing commercial real estate properties through sale and leaseback transactions. Previously, Eric was Vice President of Newcourt Capital’s Structured Finance Group where he acted as an advisor on the sale and leaseback of commercial real estate. Prior to that, Eric served as Senior Account Executive with MetLife Capital Corporation where he originated loans and joint ventures for retail, industrial, and office projects. Eric received his B.A. from St. Olaf College and holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. |
